BREAKING NEWS: JODI ARIAS DENIED REVIEW BY ARIZONA SUPREME COURT EVEN AFTER LEAD DETECTIVE SAYS HE MISUNDERSTOOD QUESTION

Jodi Arias can't seem to catch a break from anyone including the Arizona Supreme Courty who ruled against a review of her case even after the lead detective on the case said he misuderstood the question when he testified in court. 

Detective Esteban Flores had told the court Arias shot Travis Alexander first before stabbing him, but he later changed his mind and said he didn't understand the question when he was asked about the shooting.

Flores is also heard on an interrogation tape telling Arias he knows she didn't plan the murder, but that comment was never allowed into evidence even though the jury instructions called for determing if Arias had premeditated the murder of Travis Alexander.

Jodi Arias' defense team made it clear that HLN has been very biased against Jodi Arias in

HLN's NANCY GRACE DELIGHTS HER FANS WITH HER HATRED FOR JODI ARIAS

HLN's Nancy Grace ran the gamut of emotions from glee to cheering when the jury came back with a guilty verdict for Jodi Arias in the murder trial.

Grace has never been one to hide her feelings of hatred for Jodi Arias under a bushel basket and when the "guilty" verdict was announced she practically started dancing around the television studio.

Grace will have one more opportunity to display her visciousnes on Wednesday when Jodi Arias appears in court for sentencing.

Arias trial jurors return to court: Jodi Arias spent the weekend on suicide watch and returns to court this week. That's when jurors will consider whether a death sentence should be an option for the former waitress. FOX 10's Diane Ryan reports.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN JODI ARIAS CASE

The verdict of guilty in the Jodi Arias case was influenced by HLN and a jury that was not sequestered by Judge Sherry K. Stephens and obviously were following the trial in the media. 

Prosecutor Juan Martinez used bullying tactics on defense witnesses, and even got the Medical Examiner to change his testimony about the gun shot wound.

JODI ARIAS, GUILTY, SAYS SHE PREFERS DEATH

As Jodi Arias trial followers know, Arias was found guilty of killing Travis Alexander and faces the possibility she will be sentenced to death when court resumes this coming Wednesday for the Aggravation Phase of the trial.

The Jodi Arias trial continues to mystify people.  Arias has been committed to the psych ward and is under suicide watch after jail psychiatrist's examined her and decided she was a threat to her own life.  Also, Jodi's mother was turned away when Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio had his duputies refuse Jodi's mother admittance to se her daughter who could end up on death row.   Cops are investigating a bomb threat at the Maricopa County courthouse.  The aggravation phase of the trial has been postponed until next Wednesday.

In an exclusive interview with FOX 10's Troy Hayden, minutes after the verdict was read, Jodi Arias opened up about the jury's decision and what comes next.

"I think I just went blank... I just feel overwhelmed. I think I just need to take it a day at a time. It was unexpected for me... There was no premeditation on my part."

"The worst outcome for me would be natural life... Longevity runs in my family, and I don't want to spend the rest of my natural life in one place. I said years ago I'd rather get death than life and that still is true today. I believe death is the ultimate freedom, so I'd rather just have my freedom as soon as I can get it."

"I think the way everything happened, if I had just been honest from the beginning I would be in a different place and so would everyone else. And because of what I've done a lot of people will hurt for a long time."
About the jury: "I prayed prior to trial that the right jurors would be on... so I just have to believe those were the right jurors."

On if she thinks her lawyer Kirk Nurmi likes her: "We got along very well for a long time and then we've just had clashes in ideas and ultimately he's the boss."

About prosecutor Juan Martinez: "I think that if it had been any sooner--the trial did take a long time to finally get here--if it had been any sooner I would have melted, I would have just fallen apart. But my confidence came on the stand from knowing that I'm up there and I'm ready to speak the truth and I know that I was. I know what happened and that gave me a sense of inner strength to handle [Juan Martinez]. He can throw whatever curve balls he wants, I know what happened."

She did have a message for the family of Travis Alexander -- that she hopes this verdict brings them peace. But at no point did she say she was sorry.

Troy: "So if you had to do this over again, here in the desert, you notice you have blood on your hands. How do you handle it?"

Arias: "I would turn around and drive over to the Mesa Police Department."

Troy: "And what do you think would've happened to you then?"

Arias: "I don't know but it would've been the right thing. Because of what I've done a lot of people will hurt for a long time."

"There's a lot of regret because I was really hoping to get a plea and avoid talking about a lot of things that came out about him... we could've been able to avoid the murkier aspects of his life that he kept hidden... now the curtain has been drawn and you can see the hypocrisy and everything that was there."

Troy: "Say you get a long sentence, how are you going to spend your life?"

Arias: [through tears] "I haven't decided yet."

In 2008, Arias famously gave another jailhouse interview. In it, she said, "I didn't commit a murder. I didn't hurt Travis. I would never hurt Travis. No jury is going to convict me. I am innocent, and you can mark my words on that."

After the interview with Troy Hayden, Jodi Arias was moved into the psych ward for 24-hour suicide watch.

BENGHAZI: FOX NEWS IS BEATING A DEAD HORSE

 

Fox News is spearheading the drive to launch an investigation into what happened when the Benghazi, Libya "listening post" was attacked by terrorists six months ago resulting in the death of U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, and three other Americans.

A congressional investigation will be held Wednesday with what Fox News says are three "whistle-blowers" who are expected to testify on what happened during the fatal attack on the "listening post."

The whole investigation and Fox News participation in the hearing is to somehow make former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton look bad as well as President Obama.

Where was Fox News when CIA agent Valerie Plame was outed by "Scooter" Libby, who took the fall for Vice President Dick Cheney who wanted to go to war with Iraq and Plame's husband went to Niger and wrote a piece for the Wall Street Journal saying he didn't find any enriched uranium in the African country.

Cheney was furious and immediately put into motion a way to get back Valerie Plame's husband so he had "Scooter" Libby leak Plame's CIA job to the New York Times. Plame, who had a long and distinguished career with the CIA, was fired.

The Benghazi, Libya investigation is ridiculous in comparison to how the Bush/Cheney administration lied to everyone in the United States about how Saddam Hussein had Weapons of Mass Destruction and the capability of making a nuclear bomb.

After the United States went to war with Iraq, there was never any WMDs found or anything that resembled a nuclear capability in Iraq, but by that time over 4,500 young Americans had been killed in Iraq and another 60,000 were seriously wounded with injuries that will leave them disabled for life.

The attack on the Benghazi, Libya "listening post" (the American embassy is in Tripoli, Libya) cost the lives of four Americans as compared to the 4,500 Americans killed in the Iraq war.

The whole Benghazi investigation is a Republican dog 'n pony show and a total waste of time and money with Fox News as the only news organization who are acting as the propaganda branch for Republicans conducting the investigation.
