WASHINGTON POST: LATEST ATTACK IN AFGHANISTAN THAT KILLED 13 AMERICANS SHOWS TALIBAN'S LATEST TACTICS

The Taliban rammed a van laden with explosives into a bus carrying American soldiers and American citizens in Kabul, Afghanistan on Saturday killing 13 people.

The attack is the newest method used by the Taliban to attack high profile targets.
