Jennifer Willmott, defense lawyer for Jodi Arias, had Jeneen DeMarte, a clinical psychologist representing the prosecution, gulping down pitchers of water and stumbling for answers while undergoing direct examination over why she feels Arias does not suffer from PTSD.
Time and time again, Willmott let the jury know DeMarte failed to conduct tests that are available in determining if a person has PTSD.
The defense case is built around the fact that Jodi Arias was forced to defend herself when her ex boyfriend Travis Alexander threatened to kill her after she dropped his new camera.
Alexander tackled Arias, but she got away and found his gun in a closet and shot him as he continued to attack her.
