The Afghanistan military is far from being ready to takeover the security in Afghanistan.

95 percent of the Afghan military can't even read their own language.

Also, 98 percent of the Afghan military can't drive.

The situation is dire and the chances of U.S. troops leaving Afghanistan by 2011 as President Obama has said is highly unlikely.
