FIREFIGHT IN AFGHANISTAN NOT REPORTED BY MAINSTREAM PRESS

The mainstream media in the United States is devoting almost all of their space and time to the GOP primary, but our troops are still in the thick of fighting the war in Afganistan but you would never know it by relying on the mainstream press for information.  This video shows a recent firefight in Afghanistan.

Fire Fight -- Bravo Company, 1-26th INF 3-1 IBCT Infantry, known by its troops as "Viper Company," stationed in the Korengal valley in Afghanistan. The Korengal valley also has its own ominous nickname; "Death Valley." The area is surrounded with many hills and thick foliage, ideal terrain for insurgents to move undetected around Viper Companys perimeter. Sgt. Christopher Thompson
