Jodi Arias will have one chance to go before the jury on Monday to plead for her life, but if the jury decides she should be put to death by lethal injection then she will be transferred to Death Row to wait out the sentence.
If the jury cannot decide on death, then they will be dismissed and a new jury will be impaneled and they will have two chances to impose the death penalty.
If after two attempts to reach a verdict, the jury is hung then the judge will impose a sentence of life in jail without the possibility of parole for Jodi Arias.
