The five month long Jodi Arias murder trial came to an unexpected close on Thursday when a jury could not come to agreement on whether to sentence the 32-year old who killed her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander to life or death.
The hung jury left Judge Sherry K. Stephens no other alternative but to declare a mistrial and dismiss the present jury and hopefull impanel a new jury for another attempt at sentencing starting July 22.
