Fox News has conveniently forgot that when Donald Rumsfeld met with Saddam Hussein in 1983 he knew the Iraq dictator had chemical weapons.

The then US President Ronald Reagan never launched a "military strike" against the then Iraqi strongman Saddam Hussein after ordering Chemical Ali to dump sarin, hydrogen cyanide and mustard gas to the Kurds living in the town of Halabja.
