The Afghanistan War has quickly taken over from "The Korean War" as "The Forgotten War." The unfortunate part of the Afghanistan War is very few Americans know or care anything about the war. Much of this can be blamed on the mainstream media who have closed the door on coverage of the Afghanistan War.

The few people who care are the men and women serving in our Armed Forces in Afghanistan and their families back home.

It is a sad commentary, but a very true commentary.

Ask yourself how many young men and women do you know in the military? The answer is staggering because the vast majority of Americans don't have a loved one in the military nor do they even know anyone in the military.
