RARE FOOTAGE INSIDE AN IRAQI PRISON FOR WOMEN

This video is something you are never going to see on any American news outlet. It is a rare look inside of an Iraqi prison for women. Listen to the narrative as the commentator talks about the number of Iraqis who have been put in prison since the U.S. invaded Iraq in 2003. Shame on the media in the United States for not telling this story.

How about "Shame on Americans who say one thing and do another?" It also now seems that the American media wants to TELL us the most important issue for voters is the economy. It's the beginning of the spin. Unfortunately, way too many people are willing to buy it. If it was their child dying, or wife and family being abused, you can bet they (media) wouldn't get away with this! Wait a minute, it will be their family. Soon.

Antgne: I agree with your comment and will take it a step further. There are a lot of people who think the lack of interest in the war is because most people don't have a vested interest in the war with a family member serving in the military. If there were a military draft like we had in World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War it would wake people up, and it would help the troops who are on their third and fourth rotations to Iraq and are wornout according to all accounts. I realize a draft is very unpopular, but everything I read tells me the Army and Marines are stretched to the breaking point, and something is going to have to be done soon. Of course the idea thing would be to pull all of our troops out of Iraq, but that isn't going to happen as long as Bush is still President.
