"THE FORGOTTEN WAR"--AUGUST IS DEADLIEST MONTH EVER IN AFGHANISTAN. 66 U.S. TROOPS KILLED

The month of August is now the deadliest month ever in the 10-year war in Afghanistan for U.S. troops. 

A record breaking 66 U.S. troops have been killed in Afghanstan in August.

this is just outrages...yeah fkn outrages,i can only speak as an outsider here,im just an average fella from Australia are those figures correct i just read sixty six american troops dead?? in one month!!.Let me say this i cant even begin to imagine what the public anger and outrage of that would be in Adelaide,a small city of one million,and my home i will add.you know i listen to public radio from the bbc to npr and come across stories all the time of returned soldiers and their tales of battle and how they deal with it now their back home...the absolute courage boy oh boy if i just had 1 ounce eh!!!

Greg...The whole Afghanistan war is an outrage. We are proving nothing by staying there. The interest in the Afghanistan war has dropped off the cliff here in the U.S. You never read or hear about it in the news. It's a bloody shame because we still have troops getting killed and nobody gives a damn. Bill
