President Obama is going to address the nation on Tuesday night regarding the state of Iraq now that all combat troops have been removed.
The question remains, however, will Obama talk about the over 5 BILLION dollars that has been wasted in trying to rebuild Iraq when our own country and our own infrastructure is in dire need of rebuilding?
