It's a needle in a haystack to determine who would set a bomb. Certainly our President can order investigation but to find a dangerous person it is up to each of US.
We must be alert to any danger.
It is only US who can defend US.
[This is not a call to militarize, it is a call to people to be responsible and use Common Sense.]
