FANTASTIC VIDEO: "THE GOLDEN HOUR"---MEDEVAC CREWS EVACUATE WOUNDED FROM AFGHANISTAN

This video is a fantastic view of what it is like to be a member of a Medevac crew in Afghanistan.

The Medevac teams risk their own lives as they sweep into a "hot zone" to pickup wounded American soldiers.

As the U.S. and NATO forces ramp up the attack on Kandahar, the Taliban stronghold, the Medevac crews are expected to engage in more evacuation situations as "The Golden Hour" is increased in the first hour to save a wounded soldier's life.
