CONGRESS HOLDS HISTORIC DEBATE ON AFGHANISTAN WAR, BUT MEDIA IS MIA

The mainstream media failed to make an appearance for a historic debate in Congress on the Afghanistan War on Wednesday.

This has been happening since both the Iraq and Afghanistan wars started almost a decade ago.

This is why this blogger launched CORKSPHERE, http://corksphere.blogspot.com over two years ago. We could see the media was not interested in either the Iraq or Afghanistan wars.

Congressman Patrick Kennedy, D-Mass., earlier this week scolded the media for their lack of coverage of the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan that have combined cost the U.S. over 5,000 young Americans KIA (killed in action).

Read more here about how the media turned their back on covering the debate on the Afghanistan War held in Congress earlier this week.
