President Obama has dispatched 10,000 U.S. soldiers and Marines to Afghanistan and in this video you hear the Brig. General Larry Nicholson in charge of our forces in one sector of Afghanistan claim it will be an impossible task for our troops to defeat the Taliban.
This is a sobering assessment of the conditions on the ground in Afghanistan by Gen. Nicholson and should be watched by every chicken hawk who thinks defeating the Taliban is going to be a walk in the park.
The Marine unit shown in this video is the only Marine unit in Afghanistan to have two combat doctors assigned to the unit and 200 vehicles converted to ambulances to handle the wounded that are expected to happen in the weeks and months to come.
