All three cable news outlets, CNN, MSNBC and FOX NEWS, use retired military people as so-called military experts, but in truth ALL of them are on the payroll of one of the many big military industrial firms who provide military hardware for our military in Afghanistan and Iraq.
In Media Matters, the latest fraud is exposed. It is former Gen. Bernie McAffrey, who appears regularly on MSNBC but neither MSNBC or McAffrey ever admit he is on the board of directors of Dyno Corp who provide military hardware to our military.
MSNBC is not alone in lying to the American public about the retired military people who regularly appear on their shows as "military analysts." CNN and FOX NEWS also use retired military people as so-called "military experts," but in reality the ONLY thing they are an expert on is how to make money off war by serving on the board of directors of firms who manufacture war products for the the military.

Cork, these are the scumbags that join those corporations that in turn foment these wars. THEY'RE THE ONES WHO NEED TO BE SPIT ON! Not the rank and file. Yet, the gov't pulls the wool over the average Joe and Jill six-pack's eyes time and time and time again! Wave the flag and today's "Good Germans'll follow these pigs right off the cliff, just like lemmings.
