NBC Reports: Two U.S. intelligence officers confirm that Vice President Cheney's office suggested waterboarding an Iraqi prisoner, to establish link between Saddam Hussein and Usama bin Laden as further proof why U.S. should go to war with Iraq. The alleged plan was to suggest Hussein was connected to the 911 attack.
