There is a war raging in Afghanistan, but there is also a war raging with the Afghan civilians who fear President Obama's decision to send more troops to Afghanistan is only going to lead to more bloodshed with civilians. Afghan civilians dispute the strategic air strikes of the U.S. military and say many of the air strikes land on innocent Afghan civilians and not the Taliban.
