That video was posted a year ago, and the scenes are from before that even. So what makes you think this is indicative of the war not being over now?
TSO: The war in Iraq is NOT over. If it is, then our troops should get the hell out of that country.
You obviously don't read the reports I see from overseas and probably live by what you get from Fox News.
