What a stark difference between Jolie and the country she's in. How can our country allow these children to be hurt like this? The peoples in this country obviously hate Americans, they see us as occupiers. We are, after all. Nothing will change by staying there. We only create more terrorism. Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney, you need to answer for this to the American people. We need to learn from this. Many Americans were misled and thought they were going after BinLaden. Where is "he?" You have accomplished HIS goal. AG

Thanks for writing. Angelina Jolie is truly a marvelous person in more ways than one. She has devoted her life to helping the less fortunate.
As for Afghanistan, the Russians and the Brits couldn't defeat them and gave up. The same could happen to the U.S. Also, what is the point of defeating Afghanistan? The minute we leave the country the Taliban will move back and takeover.
