The White House and FOX NEWS like to say the U.S. military brought about stability in Anbar Province, but as Escobar points out the U.S. military never set foot in Anbar Province and the peace was obtained by the tribal war lords running the Al Qaeda and other terrorist elements out of Anbar Province.
