With all this violence and death of a U.S. solider and wounding of four other U.S. soldiers in Baghdad, the mainstream media and FOX NEWS continue to LIE to their readers and viewers by telling them things are improving Iraq.

The mainstream media and FOX NEWS are NOW the biggest enemy the United States military are facing.

Baghdad:#1: A U.S. unmanned aircraft on Tuesday came down in southern Baghdad, a U.S. army media adviser said, linking the incident to technical reasons. "The plane fell on Monday due to technical reasons and has been restored. It was not shot down," Abdul Lateef Rayyan told Aswat al-Iraq - Voices of Iraq. Meanwhile, the so-called 'Al-Jihad wal Taghyeer (Jihad and Change) Front' claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement published on its official Web site. The front said that its members downed a U.S. unmanned aircraft in Baghdad's southern area of al-Mahmoudiya on Monday.

#2: Five suspects were arrested, and stolen vehicles and explosive charges were seized during two search-and-raid operations in eastern and northern Baghdad, an official spokesman for the capital's operations command said on Tuesday.

#3: On Monday, gunmen killed Dr. Salih Abed Hassoun, dean of college of law of Al Qadisiyah University, as he was driving his car in central Baghdad.

#4: Around 10 a.m. guards of ministry of labor and social affairs injured 10 civilians when the guards started shooting in the air to disband men and women gathering to receive salaries in Al Waziriyah neighborhood.

Diyala Prv:#1: In Diyala, north-east of Baghdad, separate twin bomb blasts left six people injured, three of them policemen, security sources told the Voices of Iraq (VOI) news agency. No further details were available.

Baquba:#1 Three gunmen were killed on Tuesday when clashes erupted between them and Iraqi police in the province of Diala, a security source said. The clashes broke out in the village of al-Makhisa, Abi Sayda district, and left three members of al-Qaeda killed," the source, who asked not to have his name revealed, told Aswat al-Iraq – Voices of Iraq, not giving more details.Balad

Ruz:#1: "A short while later, another IED went off near an Iraqi police patrol on the main street linking the district of Baladruz, (45 km) southwest of Baaquba, to the district of Kanaan inside the city, wounding three policemen," the source added.

Kut:#1: A civilian man was killed in an attack by unidentified gunmen on his store in downtown al-Kut city on Tuesday, a police source in Wassit said."Three unidentified gunmen opened their fire at Ammar Shakir inside his store selling and changing auto oil, killing him instantly," the source, who did not want to be named, told Aswat al-Iraq – Voices of Iraq – (VOI), not giving further information on the incident.

Tikrit:#1: In nearby Tikrit, a policeman was killed by a bomb overnight, the security official said. The incident occurred when the policeman, driving the car of the province's police chief, was on patrol in Arbin street at 2:00 a.m. (Monday, 2300 GMT).

Sharkat:#1: In the northern Salahaddin province, a US force stormed Monday night the house of an officer in the former Iraqi army in the village of al-Sheikh in the Shirkat area, a local security official told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa. The troops killed the officer, ordered his family out and set the house ablaze, the official said. The ex-officer was working as a lorry driver in the area, according to the official.

Kirkuk:#1: A roadside bomb wounded one woman and a policeman outside a court building in Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, a police chief Brigadier-General Sarhat Qadin said.A policeman and three civilians, including a woman, were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off near a courthouse downtown Kirkuk province on Tuesday, a security official said.Ninevah Prv:

Mosul:#1: The U.S. military says a roadside bomb has killed four contractors and injured eight others in northern Iraq. The military says in a statement that the bomb struck a convoy carrying the contractors Monday near the northern city of Mosul, 225 miles (360 kilometers) northwest of Baghdad.
