A new book quotes a former Bush administration official as saying Bush and Cheney went into the Iraq war "just to kick some ass."  Over 4,500 US troops were killed in Iraq and another 150,000 seriously wounded. According to many estimates over 500,000 Iraqi citizens were killed in the Iraq war.
