July was the deadliest month of 2013 in Iraq as violence is spreading all across the country.

Wardak, Afghanistan -- During a BDA (Battle Damage Assessment) patrol to assess enemy KIA after 4 A-10 gun runs, Afghan forces engage Taliban fighters on a motorcycle. The initial engagement sparks a firefight that lasts 2 hours where over 3,000 rounds, 4 60mm mortars, and 4 Carl Gustav rounds are spent. There were no friendly casualties during this engagement.

SEXUAL ASSAULT ON THE RISE IN THE MILITARY

The military have removed dozens of recruitors, drill instructors and victims counselors from their jobs as sexual assault is on the rise in the military.

Pfc BRADLEY MANNING FOUND GUILTY OF 19 COUNTS OF LEAKING CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS TO WIKILEAKS

Back in 1952, I was a Corporal (E4) and assigned to G2 Intelligence and had thousands of classified documents signed out to me.  I had received a security clearance to handle classified information. Neaver in my wildest dreams did I ever consider leaking any of the classified documents to the media or an outfit like Wikileaks. 

Pfc Bradley Manning has been found guilty of 19 counts of leaking classified information to Wikileaks and could spend the rest of his life in prison.
