RACHEL MADDOW AND RICHARD ENGEL OF MSNBC REPORT ON "FRIENDLY FIRE" INCIDENT AND MUCH, MUCH MORE


The MSNBC "Rachel Maddow Show" is embedded with the 82nd Airborne in Kabul, Afghanistan, and in this series of videos you see Maddow and MSNBC's Richard Engel reporting on the "friendly fire" incident today that killed five Afghan soldiers.

Maddow also reports on the mission in progress in Afghanistan and even fires a rifle on the firing range.

RACHEL MADDOW TOURS KABUL MARKETPLACE WITH RICHARD ENGEL AS GUIDE (VIDEO)


Rachel Maddow, who is embedded with the 82nd Airborne in Afghanistan, toured a Kabul marketplace with MSNBC's Richard Engel as her guide.

CNN ALERT: MOST DANGEROUS DISTRICT IN AFGHANISTAN TURNED OVER TO U.S. MARINES BY BRITISH FORCES


British troops are pulling out of Afghanistan and they have left the Sangin District, the most dangerous district in Afghanistan, to the U.S. Marines.

U.S. Marines will begin moving into the Sangin District immediately.

The British have lost more troops in the Sangin District than any other district in Afghanistan since the Brits have been in Afghanistan.
