I asked a USAF regular back in the mid 1980s who said to me that 20 mm Vulcan Electric Cannon ammunition were 3 US dollars each. If the Specter gunship were firing it at a rate of 3,000 rounds per minute - this is one very expensive way to take out a bunch of Taliban fighters.
