The military calls it "collateral damage," but the truth is the bombings by coalition forces in Afghanistan are sometimes so far off target that they don't even come close to hitting members of the Taliban. In this video, you see the sad story of a young Afghan girl who lost part of her arm and one leg when coalition forces missed the target and wiped out her home killing all nine of her relatives.
