This New York Times video shows how U.S. forces are trying to win over the Afghan people, but our soldiers don't know who to trust. The GIs also can't determine who are the "good guys" and who are the "bad guys." Under these circumstances, the situation in Afghanistan is deteriorating. U.S. and coalition forces are frustrated and need more troops to fight the growing strength of the the Taliban.
