This is a very compelling video as you hear U.S. troops discuss the mission they are on in the dangerous Korengal Valley in Afghanistan. Troops call for air support. Bravo Company lost two men in the battle. The Korengal Valley is known as "the valley of death" because so many U.S. troops and the Taliban have lost their lives in the valley. One GI says "it's like taking one step forward and five steps back." The Afghanistan War is a living hell.
