The song is called "Epitaph" as sung by Greg Lake (ELP) with King Crimson circa 1970 if I remember correctly. The same year as the Kent State massacre. The raw footage is from Kent State, as well as Afghanistan. What have we learned? The answer is simple: NOTHING.
