BREAKING NEWS: JODI ARIAS DENIED REVIEW BY ARIZONA SUPREME COURT EVEN AFTER LEAD DETECTIVE SAYS HE MISUNDERSTOOD QUESTION

Jodi Arias can't seem to catch a break from anyone including the Arizona Supreme Courty who ruled against a review of her case even after the lead detective on the case said he misuderstood the question when he testified in court. 

Detective Esteban Flores had told the court Arias shot Travis Alexander first before stabbing him, but he later changed his mind and said he didn't understand the question when he was asked about the shooting.

Flores is also heard on an interrogation tape telling Arias he knows she didn't plan the murder, but that comment was never allowed into evidence even though the jury instructions called for determing if Arias had premeditated the murder of Travis Alexander.

ANOTHER JODI ARIAS TRIAL JUROR SAYS MURDER WAS PREMEDITATED DESPITE PROSECUTION NEVER PROVING THE MURDER WAS PLANNED

Another juror in the Jodi Arias murder trial has come forward on HLN and said she feels Arias planned the murder of Travis Alexander for a long, long time.

The prosecution never proved the murder was premeditated and Arias had already admitted killing Alexander so the only thing the jury had to decide was it premeditated.

It is obvious the jury ignored the judges orders not to watch media coverage of the trial because all of them are coming forward and saying the same thing HLN was saying throughout the trial that Jodi Arias planned the murder.

"Self defense was not plausible" say jurors in JODI ARIAS murder trial. The more the jurors talk the more it is obvious they were watching Nancy Grace, Jane Velez Mitchell, Vinnie Politan and Dr. Drew of HLN at night because they are using the same verbiage the HLN anchors used to describe Jodi Arias and discount what the defense attorneys were saying.
