PROSECUTOR IN JODI ARIAS MURDER TRIAL CONCENTRATES ON SEX AND NOT KILLING

Juan Martinez, the prosecutor in the Jodi Arias murder trial, has concentrated most of his questions to Arias on the sex she had with Travis Alexander, the man she admits to mudering. This is a clear indication Martinez knows he has not proven premeditation and that is the only charge the jury has to consider in this case because Jodi Arias has already admitted murdering Travis Alexander.

The jury must decide if the murder was premeditated and so far the prosecutor has not proven she planned to kill Alexander.

HLN has reached the desperate stage in trying to prove there was premediation on the part of JODI ARIAS.  Now HLN is saying she brought the knife with her along with the gun.  Holy Shit!  According to HLN she was carrying more gear than I carried when I was a Combat Engineer in the United States Army.  HLN would have you believe she was dressed up like RAMBO when she went to Travis Alexander's house.  BTW:  If she planned or premediated this murder, how come she did such a sloppy job of cleaning up after the murder?  A well planned out murderer would never have left the place in such a mess if they were planning on killing him all along.
