WHAT I WON'T MISS WHEN JODI ARIAS TRIAL ENDS.

I won't miss seeing video of the Travis Alexander siblings sobbing and carrying on like wounded birds when pictures of their slain brother are shown to the jury. The reason is simple. One of ...my two sons died from throat cancer a few years ago and the pain he suffered for one year, mostly in the hospital, was a lot worse IMO than the two minutes Travis Alexander felt FIVE years ago when Jodi Arias was killing him. The Alexander family have milked Travis Alexander's death and they should get over it. HLN, which was working for the prosecution, never did a show that they didn't mention the wounds Alexander sustained in the killing by Jodi Arias. And finally, HLN and their prosecutor sycophants can't get over how Jodi Arias showed little emotion when crime scene pictures of Travis Alexander were shown. Why should she? She killed him because he had treated her like a piece of crap. To show remorse now would only be looked upon as phony by HLN and the Jodi Arias haters

HLN's NANCY GRACE DELIGHTS HER FANS WITH HER HATRED FOR JODI ARIAS

HLN's Nancy Grace ran the gamut of emotions from glee to cheering when the jury came back with a guilty verdict for Jodi Arias in the murder trial.

Grace has never been one to hide her feelings of hatred for Jodi Arias under a bushel basket and when the "guilty" verdict was announced she practically started dancing around the television studio.

Grace will have one more opportunity to display her visciousnes on Wednesday when Jodi Arias appears in court for sentencing.

JODI ARIAS TAKEN OFF SUICIDE WATCH

Arias trial jurors return to court: Jodi Arias spent the weekend on suicide watch and returns to court this week. That's when jurors will consider whether a death sentence should be an option for the former waitress. FOX 10's Diane Ryan reports.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN JODI ARIAS CASE

The verdict of guilty in the Jodi Arias case was influenced by HLN and a jury that was not sequestered by Judge Sherry K. Stephens and obviously were following the trial in the media. 

Prosecutor Juan Martinez used bullying tactics on defense witnesses, and even got the Medical Examiner to change his testimony about the gun shot wound. 

HLN poisoned the minds of the jury and general public with the biased way they covered the trial.

JODI ARIAS, GUILTY, SAYS SHE PREFERS DEATH

As Jodi Arias trial followers know, Arias was found guilty of killing Travis Alexander and faces the possibility she will be sentenced to death when court resumes this coming Wednesday for the Aggravation Phase of the trial. 

Jodi Arias did a TV interview with KSAZ, a NBC Phoenix affiliate, just minutes after the verdict and said she would prefer death to a life in jail.  The link to the TV interview can be found in this story:

JODI ARIAS POST GUILTY VERDICT TAKES NEW TWIST. ARIAS INTO PSYCH WARD. SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO REFUSES VISIT BY JODI'S MOTHER

The Jodi Arias trial continues to mystify people.  Arias has been committed to the psych ward and is under suicide watch after jail psychiatrist's examined her and decided she was a threat to her own life.  Also, Jodi's mother was turned away when Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio had his duputies refuse Jodi's mother admittance to se her daughter who could end up on death row.   Cops are investigating a bomb threat at the Maricopa County courthouse.  The aggravation phase of the trial has been postponed until next Wednesday.

PHOENIX - JAIL HOUSE TV INTERVEW MINUTES AFTER "GUILTY"  VERDICT
 
In an exclusive interview with FOX 10's Troy Hayden, minutes after the verdict was read, Jodi Arias opened up about the jury's decision and what comes next.

"I think I just went blank... I just feel overwhelmed. I think I just need to take it a day at a time. It was unexpected for me... There was no premeditation on my part."

"The worst outcome for me would be natural life... Longevity runs in my family, and I don't want to spend the rest of my natural life in one place. I said years ago I'd rather get death than life and that still is true today. I believe death is the ultimate freedom, so I'd rather just have my freedom as soon as I can get it."

"I think the way everything happened, if I had just been honest from the beginning I would be in a different place and so would everyone else. And because of what I've done a lot of people will hurt for a long time."
About the jury: "I prayed prior to trial that the right jurors would be on... so I just have to believe those were the right jurors."

On if she thinks her lawyer Kirk Nurmi likes her: "We got along very well for a long time and then we've just had clashes in ideas and ultimately he's the boss."

About prosecutor Juan Martinez: "I think that if it had been any sooner--the trial did take a long time to finally get here--if it had been any sooner I would have melted, I would have just fallen apart. But my confidence came on the stand from knowing that I'm up there and I'm ready to speak the truth and I know that I was. I know what happened and that gave me a sense of inner strength to handle [Juan Martinez]. He can throw whatever curve balls he wants, I know what happened."

She did have a message for the family of Travis Alexander -- that she hopes this verdict brings them peace. But at no point did she say she was sorry.

Troy: "So if you had to do this over again, here in the desert, you notice you have blood on your hands. How do you handle it?"

Arias: "I would turn around and drive over to the Mesa Police Department."

Troy: "And what do you think would've happened to you then?"

Arias: "I don't know but it would've been the right thing. Because of what I've done a lot of people will hurt for a long time."

"There's a lot of regret because I was really hoping to get a plea and avoid talking about a lot of things that came out about him... we could've been able to avoid the murkier aspects of his life that he kept hidden... now the curtain has been drawn and you can see the hypocrisy and everything that was there."

Troy: "Say you get a long sentence, how are you going to spend your life?"

Arias: [through tears] "I haven't decided yet."

In 2008, Arias famously gave another jailhouse interview. In it, she said, "I didn't commit a murder. I didn't hurt Travis. I would never hurt Travis. No jury is going to convict me. I am innocent, and you can mark my words on that."

After the interview with Troy Hayden, Jodi Arias was moved into the psych ward for 24-hour suicide watch.

JODI ARIAS SLAMS HLN'S NANCY GRACE, CONTEMPLATED SUICIDE, JURY DELIBERATIONS ENTER 4TH DAY

Jodi Arias has been "tweeting" on Twitter and she admits in her "tweets" she thinks HLN's Nancy Grace has setback rights of women years with her biased reporting.

Arias also says she would have committed suicide and wished she could have made plea deal but the prosecution was intent on premeditated murder.

The chances of Arias being charged with premeditated murder after three days of deliberations are now slim and none.

Many court experts feel the most Arias will get in manslaughter two and there is even a very strong chance for complete acquittal which would send everyone at HLN into cardiac arrest.

NO VERDICT AFTER FIRST DAY OF DELIBERATIONS IN JODI ARIAS MURDER TRIAL

The jury has deliberated for 7 hours and not come to a verdict in the Jodi Arias murder trial.

Court observers say this means premeditation of murder was not met by the prosecution and so the jury will go to the next phase which could be manslaughter or acquittal.
