Was Jodi Arias victim of abuse? According to a domestic violence expert who testified last week, the answer might be affirmative. Alyce LaViolette testified about previously undisclosed emails from Travis Alexander's close friends that indicate he had a history of being abusive, The HuffPost reported March 29.

"They have basically advised Ms. Arias to move on from the relationship . . . that Mr. Alexander has been abusive to women," psychotherapist LaViolette testified. LaViolette was referencing email exchanges between Arias, Alexander and his longtime friends Chris and Sky Hughes.

In one of the emails, Alexander called himself a sociopath and Arias a "booty call," the online publication EnStarz reported April 1.
The email's contents were outlined in court records filed in January, 2011 according to another report, with the following statements: "A response from Mr. Hughes . . . wherein he asserts that he believes Jodi would be his (Travis') next victim and that Jodi was just another girl that he (Travis) was playing" and "that Alexander considered Arias to be a "booty call."

Judge Sherry Stephens, who is presiding over the Jodi Arias murder trial, must decide if a reporter who approached a juror violated court rules. Most observers feel the reporter was from HLN which has been pulling out all the stops to see to it Arias is found guilty and sentenced to death.

PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT IN JODI ARIAS TRIAL?

The lawyers representing Jodi Arias in the murder trial in Mesa, Arizona, have filed a motion for prosecutorial misconduct because the prosecuting attorney, Juan Martinez, has been observed outside the court after court hours signing autographs and having his picture taken with spectators. According to eyewitnesses several of Arias trial jurors have observed this clear violation.

JODI ARIAS TAKES FIRST PLACE IN JAIL SINGING CONTEST

Jodi Arias is facing the death penalty for killing Travis Alexander if the jury finds the murder was premeditated. So far the prosecution has only provided circumstantial evidence, but nothing concrete to show she actually planned the murder. Recently released emails show Alexander had a long, long history of abusing women, He was a pillar in the Mormon Church and actually talked Jodi into joining Mormon Church and presided at her Baptism after which he took her to his home and performed anal sex on her.

KATIE WICK, DAILY COURTROOM SPECTATOR IN JODI ARIAS TRIAL. IS SHE SPYING FOR HLN?

Katie Wick, who has been a regular spectator at the Jodi Arias muder trial and always sits on the defense side of the court, is a nightly regular on Dr. Drew HLN show, and Thursday she was seen hugging prosecutor Juan Martinez outside the court house.

Wick was even observed the other day in the row right behind Jodi Arias mother and sister and you could see her leaning forward to eavesdrop on the sisters having a conversation inside of the Maricopa County courthouse.
