Raw: ISIL Fighters Attack on Iraq-Syria Border

ISIL fighters made gains in the eastern Iraqi province of Diyala on Friday and amateur video showed groups of fighters celebrating. Militants also took control of a checkpoint along the Iraqi-Syrian border.
