DUTCH BECOME FIRST NATO MEMBER TO QUIT AFGHANISTAN

Dutch forces are pulling out of Afghanistan.

The Dutch are the first NATO member to give up on the Afghanistan conflict.

Canadians are expected to start withdrawing troops in 2011.
