3 U.S. SOLDIERS AMONG 8 NATO TROOPS KILLED IN AFGHANISTAN

The New York Times is reporting three U.S. soldiers are among the eight NATO troops killed in Southern Afghanistan on Monday and Tuesday.

Details of the attack that killed the Americans and other troops will be released later today.

The names of the American KIA (Killed in Action) are being withheld pending notification of next of kin by the Department of Defense.
