ARMY TIMES: SHARP RISE IN SOLDIERS UNFIT FOR COMBAT

According to the Army Times there has been a sharp rise in soldiers who are unfit for combat.

The Army is reporting the increase has gone from 11 percent two years ago to 16 percent today.
