The news is filled with articles and TV news reports about how President Obama is going to send another 30,000 young Americans to Afghanistan to fight in a war that has been going on now for over seven years and there is no longer a clear mission.
This video is a salute to the fallen from the 1st ID ("The Big Red One") who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the desolate country of Afghanistan.
Their lives were cut short in a war that has no goals. The idea that the U.S. was going to find Osama bin Laden in the barren country of Afghanistan is now just a distant dream.
