Former President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney should be brought up on war crimes for starting the Iraq war in 2003 that eventually killed 4,500 American soldiers and close to one million Iraqi citizens.

    Former POTUS George Dubya Bush and former Veep Cheney are probably "grateful" that former POTUS Richard Nixon also never got prosecuted for war-crimes. Will the same thing happen again?

    Unfortunately Ringo I understand President Obama doesn't want to pursue the war crimes route for Bush or Cheney.
