The lawyers representing Jodi Arias in the murder trial in Mesa, Arizona, have filed a motion for prosecutorial misconduct because the prosecuting attorney, Juan Martinez, has been observed outside the court after court hours signing autographs and having his picture taken with spectators. According to eyewitnesses several of Arias trial jurors have observed this clear violation.

Jodi Arias is facing the death penalty for killing Travis Alexander if the jury
finds the murder was premeditated. So far the prosecution has only provided
circumstantial evidence, but nothing concrete to show she actually planned the
murder. Recently released emails show Alexander had a long, long history of
abusing women, He was a pillar in the Mormon Church and actually talked Jodi
into joining Mormon Church and presided at her Baptism after which he took her
